1. Description of Service

CashKeep is a free digital service for managing documents and receipts. The application allows users to scan, archive and monitor their receipts, returns and warranties using AI-based OCR technology.

2. Access to Service

CashKeep is currently available free of charge for all registered users. All core features — receipt scanning, purchase archive, warranty and return management, notifications — are accessible at no cost. No credit card is required.

3. Intellectual Property

The source code, design, CashKeep brand, logo and all original content of the application are the exclusive intellectual property of CashKeep. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification of any part of the service is prohibited.

4. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for the data they upload to the platform, including receipt images and personal information. The user warrants that they have the right to upload such data and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

CashKeep assumes no liability for:

• Loss of original physical documents
• Errors in automatic data extraction (OCR)
• Failure by the user to meet return or warranty deadlines
• Any damages arising from improper use of the service

The service is provided "as-is". CashKeep is a support service and does not replace the preservation of original documents.

6. Account and Deletion

The user may delete their account at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.

7. Changes to Terms

CashKeep reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the application.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany.
